摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶体系制备光学塑料(有机玻璃:PMMA)表面增强的有机硅树脂涂层,制得Si-O-Si刚性交联网络涂层,具有良好的耐磨性及附着力,其表面平整、光滑,同时对PMMA基板的透光性具有明显的改善.并通过红外吸收光谱(FT-IR),紫外分光光度计(UV-vis)等手段,对涂层固化过程及各项性能进行表征.Silicone resin used for improving the scratch and abrasion resistance of the surface of optical plastics poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) was prepared by sol-gel process with TEOS, DMDMOS, MTMS, γ-GPTMS in varying environments (as HCl and macroporeticular resin). The silicone resin coating of highly cross-linked Si- O- Si network structure has smooth surface which improves the scratch and abrasion resistance of the surface. With the trace amount of DMDMOS,the tenacity of silicone resin coating can be obviously improved. Compared with the HCl environment,it can better evaluate the storage stability of the system of silicone resin under the help of macroporeticular resin. The process of curing was studied by fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),and the final properties were tested by UV-vis spectrophotometer and the standard of hardness testing. The silicone resin coating after curing not only offered outstanding mechanical properties but also provided a higher transparency. Results of the index of pencil hardness of PMMA can increase from 2 H to 5 H, which means that by this method the surface of PMMA can be well protected after coating.
