郑州市老工业基地的产业布局与协调发展研究

摘　　要：在分析郑州市老工业基地产业布局与协调发展的现状和问题的基础上,提出了老工业基地产业布局与协调发展对策。企业外迁是产业结构调整的物质基础,环境整治是产业更新的重要保证,科技创新是主导产业与城市功能再定位的出发点,强化三产是经济发展的持久动力,空间重塑是区域新形象的重要体现。并认为扭转老工业基地经济发展落后局面的关键是产业结构的优化和调整。The article put forward the countermeasures about the industrial relocation and coordinated development. The primary content of the coordinated development of the old industrial base is：move the factories out is the material basis of industrial restructuring, environmental restoration is the guarantee of the industrial renewal, the technology innovation is the starting point of re-positioning of the leading industries and city functions, strengthening the ternary industry is the lasting impetus of economic development, and space remodeling is the reflection of a new regional image, and at last the authors have reached a conclusion that the industrial structure adjustment and optimization is the key to the reversal of economically backward situation of the old industrial base of Zhengzhou City.
