旅游区修建性详细规划编制探析

摘　　要：编制旅游区修建性详细规划,首先要准确理解修建性详细规划与上位规划的关系,以及与施工图设计的关系,充分把握上位规划的核心内涵。在此基础上,精确划定规划范围,对旅游资源做进一步调查和研究。编制用地竖向规划要考虑充分利用地形,而不应该把改造地形、平整土地当作主要目的。规划成果图应兼具科学性、现势性、艺术性和实用性等特点。Drawing up the tourist area＇ s detailed construction plan must accurately understand the relationship between the detailed construction plan and the superior plan first, as well as the relationship between the detailed construction plan and the construction drawing design, fully grasp the superior plan＇ s core connotation. Based on this, delimits the planning area precisely, does further investigations and studies to the tourist resources. The drawing up of land vertical plan needs to consider that the terrain shold be fully used, but should not take the terrain transformation, the land leveling treatment as the main purpose. The plan achievements chart should have the scientific nature, artistic quality as well as usability and timeliness characteristics.
