摘  要:目的:观察伤科接骨片对家兔骨折愈合过程中血清微量元素含量的影响,探讨其促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:将36只行右侧桡骨骨缺损手术造模的雄性家兔随机分为空白组和伤科接骨片组,每组18只。再将每组分为3个亚组,每亚组6只。均于术后第1天开始给药,连续给药至12、21和35天,按给药截止时间分3批将动物处死(即3个亚组),取血清,采用电感耦合等离子体直读光谱仪(IRIS/AP)测定血清中微量元素钙(Ca)、磷(P)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)的含量。结果:两组血清中微量元素含量的变化趋势基本一致,但伤科接骨片组血清中微量元素Ca含量随着服药时间增加呈现不断上升的趋势,而P和Cu元素含量则先升高后降低,其中Ca和P元素含量同空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fe和Mg元素含量的变化趋势同空白组一致。结论:伤科接骨片可明显提高家兔骨折模型血清中Ca和P等微量元素的含量,这可能是其促进骨折愈合的作用机理之一。Objective: To observe the influence of SHANGKEJIEGUPIAN (SKJGP, a TCM composition) to content of serum microelement in the course of union of rabbit's fracture , and approach it's mechanism of promoting union of fracture. Methods: 36 cases of male rabbits were made models with bone defect on right side of radial by operation, and then were randomly divided into blank group and SKJGP group, 18 cases in each. Both of them were divided into three subset respectively, 6 cases in each. They were all given drugs after one day and successive medication to 12 days, 21 days and 35 days, then were sacrificed on administer deadline. Serum were taken, the content of serum microelement (such as Ca, P, Cu, Fe and Mg) were detected by IRIS/AP. Result: In two groups, change tendency of content of serum microelement was coincident. In SKJGP group, the tendency of Ca content was uninterruptly ascendant with times of administer added, but that of P and Cu was higher first and lower second. On the content of Ca and P, there had statistical significance on discrepancy in two groups ( P < 0.05). And they were coincident on changes of Fe and Mg's content. Conclusion: SKJGP could elevate obviously content of serum microelement (such as Ca, P) in the models of rabbit's fracture, and it may be one of mechanism of action to promote union of fracture.
