骨健口服液治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效观察——附136例病例报告

摘　　要：目的：观察中药制荆骨健口服液治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法：将136例股骨头缺血性坏死患者分为两组，A组内服中药骨健口服液，3个月为1个疗程，服2个疗程；B组采用常规非手术治疗，根据中医辨证选用适当的药物进行治疗，并结合西医镇痛、理疗及按摩等方法治疗6个月。结果：骨健口服液对0期股骨头缺血性坏死治疗优良率达100％，对Ⅰ－Ⅱ期优良率达78．9％，对Ⅲ～V期缓解率达78．6％，优良率达35，7％，同期比较均优于B组。结论：骨健口服液对早期股骨头缺血性坏死有很好的防治作用，对于中晚期骨坏死有一定的缓解症状、控制病情发展的作用。Objective:To observe clinically curative effect of GUJIANKOUFUYE (GJKFY, a TCM composition) on curing avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods: 136 cases of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head, were divided into two groups, group A (GJKFY, for oral use, three months for a course, two courses) and group B (routine non-operation treatment, proper drugs were given according to TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs, analgesia, physical therapy and cheirapsis added, six months) . Result: Fine rate of group A in 0 period of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was 100%, that in Ⅰ- Ⅱ period was 78.9%, remission rate and fine rate of it were 78.6% and 35.7% respectively in Ⅲ - Ⅴ period. They were all super to those in group B at the same period. Conclusion: GJKFY had better preventive and therapeutic effect for the early period of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and effect of relieving symptoms and controlling progression of disease for intermediate and advanced stage of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
