摘 要:地毯簇绒机械的主轴系统具有细长轴、多组多套连杆机构等特点,这样的机械系统存在惯性不平衡和交变载荷,存在大量的振动问题.以4m幅宽地毯簇绒机主轴系统为研究对象,建立多套连杆机构的数学模型,提出机构完全动平衡理论求解方法;同时以实际工艺条件为约束,以主轴受到的动反力变化最小为优化目标,提出局部动平衡的解耦优化求解方法.对理论解与优化解进行比较分析,证明经优化求解的局部动平衡可减小轴系振动,且更有利于机构设计实现.The shafting system on carpet tufting machine is characteristic of lathy shafts, several suits and sets of mechanisms, which has some problems such as unbalanced inertial forces, alternate loads and which exists many vibration problems. Mathematical model of the mechanisms of the shafting system on a 4 mwide-breadth carpet tufting machine, as the researching object, are established and the dynamical balancing method is mentioned. Meanwhile, under the limited process conditions and thinking of minimizing the change of the reactions as the optimization objective, the relevant parameters are decoupled and then optimized in order to partially dynamical balance the shafting system. Moreover, the optimized result is compared with the theoretical one that proves the former not only reduces the vibration but is easily to be accomplished as well.
