摘  要:目的筛选具有抑制新生血管生成作用的药物,为肿瘤治疗提供新的药物。方法种蛋随机分为16组,孵育8 d后,将熬制的15种单味中药及0.14 mol.L-1NaCl溶液分别加于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)表面的载体上。作用4 d后,观察统计CAM上血管生长状况。结果在筛选的15味中药中,牡丹皮和香附子对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成具有明显的抑制作用,与NaCl组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论牡丹皮和香附子能有效抑制新生血管生成。Objective To screen traditional Chinese medicine with antiangiogenesis effect and to provide new medicine for oncotherapy. Methods Hatching eggs were randomly divided into sixteen groups, after incubating for 8 days, fifteen kinds of decoeted medicinal herbs and 0. 14 mol·L^-1 sodium chloride solution were added to the carrier which was on the surface of chick chorioallantoic membrance (CAM) respectively. Four days later, the states of angiogenesis on the CAM were observed. Results Among the selected 15 traditional Chinese medicines, Moutan Crotex and Cyperi rhizoma had apparent inhibitive effects on angiogenesis. There was a significant difference compared with the group which was added sodium chloride solution ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Moutan Crotex and Cyperi rhizoma can effectively inhibit neovessels' growth.
