摘　　要：在分析SVG的特点的基础上,本文探讨了如何使用SVG对空间数据进行组织和编码。然后,基于所设计的数据组织和编码方案设计了基于SVG的WebGIS体系结构,并基于该体系结构实现了一个原型系统。该原型系统可实现基于SVG的矢量空间数据显示与发布,并能进行客户端交互。The article discusses many features of SVG, and explores how to organize and encode spatial data based on SVG. We design a SVG-based WebC-IS architecture based on the designed data organization and encoding scheme, and implements a prototype system based on the architecture. The prototype system can realize the SVG-based vector spatial data display and publishing,and perform interactions on the clients＇ side.
