摘　　要：下一代网络将网络资源能力抽象为开放的API供第三方业务提供商调用。本文首先研究分析OSA/PARLAY API的调用机制,提出了NGN框架接入、业务发现、业务选择及业务调用的实现方法,并给出一个基于朗讯MiLife ISG Simulator的调用实现实例,最后指出PARLAY规范的不足并提出改进建议。The next generation network enables the third-party service providers to make use of network functionality through the open APL A mechanism of OSA/PARLAY API transfer is analyzed, and the realization methods of framework access, service discovery, service selection and service transfer are proposed An example of transfer based on the Lucent MiLife ISG Simulator is given.
