摘 要:目的分析法半夏醇提物中的亲脂性成分。方法采用气质联用技术对法半夏的乙醇提取液的石油醚萃取物进行成分分析,通过质谱图分析及NIST 2005谱库检索,并参考相关文献,确定化合物可能结构,采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的百分含量。结果从法半夏的乙醇提取液的石油醚萃取物中共鉴定出40种亲脂性成分,占总含量的75.8%。结论实验为进一步研究法半夏的药效学物质基础提供借鉴。Objective To analyze the categories of the low-polarity components in Rhizoma Pinelliae preparation. Method GC-MS method was used to analyze the contents of the extract of Rhizoma Pinelliae preparation. Mass spectrum bar graph analysis and NIST2005 spectrum retrieval database were employed to determine the structures of the compounds, peak area normalization method was used to determine the percentage content of each component. Result 40 kinds of lipophilic compounds were identified from the extract of Rhizoma Pinelliae preparation. Conclusion This experiment has provided references for further study of the pharmacodynamics of Rhizorna Pinelliae Preparation.
