摘　　要：在调查和监控对虾养殖过程中使用投入物情况的基础上,介绍了养殖投入物进行了分类和用法用量,并提出了监控措施,如在养殖场管理中引入HACCP管理理念,并严格控制对虾饲料质量、科学使用药物、规范使用环境调控剂、合理使用有益微生物和肥料等,从而提高和保障养殖对虾的品质。On the base of investigating and monitoring the applied materials of shrimp aquieulture, the applied materials was classified, and specific control measures were put forward. The measures include applying the management theory of HACCP on breeding farm management process, controlling the quality of feed, using medicine and drugs scientifically, using environmental regulators in conformity with the standard, using microorganism and fertilizer reasonably. In this way, the quality of shrimp can be improved and guaranteed effectively.
