摘  要:提出了采用高氯酸处理铬矿样品,将六价铬挥发蒸干后与Li2B4O7和LiBO2[m(Li2B4O7)/m(LiBO2)=12:22]混合熔剂熔融制样,用X-射线荧光光谱仪对铬矿中Cr,Si,Fe,P,Al,Ca,Mg,S,V等元素进行同时测定。有效解决了原熔融制样方法中使用六偏磷酸钠和偏硼酸锂等熔剂熔融制样时间长、产生大量气泡导致飞溅、不能同时测定磷元素及对铂黄坩埚腐蚀较大等问题。使用可变a系数校正元素间的吸收-增强效应。本方法用于铬矿中9种主次成分的测定,结果与化学法测试结果相符。精密度试验统计主次成分的相对标准偏差(n=10)范围为0.20%-10.0%。A method was developed, in which chrome ore sample was disposed with perchloric acid and fused with a mixed flux of Li2B4O7 and LiBO2[m (Li2B4O7):m (LiBO2) = 12 : 22], then Cr, Si, Fe, P, Al, Ca, Mg, S and V in the sample were determined by fluorescence spectrometer simultaneously. The method effectively resolved the existent problems, like long time of sample preparation, sample to splatter due to release lots of bubbles, incapable of simultaneous determination of P, strong corrosion of Pt-Au crucible and so on, in fusing sample with sodium hexametahposphate and lithium metob-orate. The variable-alpha coefficient (α) was used to correct the absorption-strengthening effect between elements. The method has been applied to the determination of nine components in chrome ore sample, and the results were accordant with those measured by chemical method. The relative stand-ard deviation (n=10) of major and minor components in precision test was in the range of 0.20%-10.0%.
