摘 要:用9个微卫星DNA标记对蕨麻猪的等位基因变异、多态信息含量(PIC)、群体杂合度(H)进行了分析.在5个群体中共检测出148个等位基因,蕨麻猪的等位基因数最少,为55个,平均观察杂合度(Ho)为0.836 6,平均期望杂合度(HE)为0.861 5,PIC平均值为0.824 8.结果显示:蕨麻猪群体的杂合度和多态信息含量与兰州、临洮、青海和武威4种猪相比低,但Ho>0.7,HE>0.8,PIC>0.7,仍然比较高,受野猪血缘影响的可能性很大.表明蕨麻猪的杂合程度比较高,遗传变异大,遗传多态性丰富,适应高寒恶劣环境的能力较强,比其它地方猪品种具有更丰富的基因资源.Variations in alleles, polymorphism information contents (PIC) and populations heterozygosity (H) in Juema pig were analysed by using 9 microsatellite DNA markers. 148 alleles in total were found in 5 pig populations, while the average alleles number of Juema pig was 55,the average observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity were 0. 836 6 and 0. 861 5 respectively, the value of average PIC was 0. 824 8. The results indicated that, by comparing Juema pig with Lanzhou, Lintao, Qinghai and Wuwei pig populations,its heterozygosity and polymorphism information contents were low, but in Juma pigs,with HO〉0. 7,HE〉0. 8,PIC〉0. 7, which might be possible that Juma pigs to be greatly effected by Sus scrofa ,and there were more genes resource in Juema pig,with comparatively high heterozygote, large genetic variance,abundant heredity polymorphism and stronger ability to fit on arcticalpine environment.
