摘 要:干旱区河流洪水暴涨暴落现象突出,含沙量大。以灌溉为主的旱作农业在用水量不断增加的情况下,水资源短缺极大地制约着区域经济的发展。随着汛期洪水的引用,大量泥沙进入绿洲,造成渠系不同程度的泥沙淤积及田地沙化等诸多问题,直接影响到当地民生,分析河流水沙关系将有助于区域国民经济的发展。Flash flood with high silt content occurs frequently in arid areas, and shortage of water resources in the irrigation-dominated dry farming areas restricts the regional economic development under the increase of irrigation water demand. Serious silt sediment caused by irrigation with floodwater results in a series of problems, such as the sediment accumulation in irrigation works and farmland desertification. Therefore, it is of significance for local eco- nomic development to analyze the relationship between discharge and total silt discharge of the rivers in arid areas. The Niya River is a peculiar stream in an extremely arid area of Xinjiang, and the spatiotemporal distribution of water resources in the drainage basin is extremely uneven. Moreover, the silt content of the river is very high, which results in serious sediment accumulation in irrigation works and farmlands. In this paper, the spatiotemporal distribution of water resources in the Niya River Basin is analyzed flood discharge and the total silt discharge of the Niya River , and the relationship between the discharge and peak is lucubrated.
