摘 要:为了探讨太空诱变对梭梭光合特性的影响,采用Li-6400便携式光合仪对太空诱变梭梭与对照梭梭的光响应曲线、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等生理特性进行测定和对比分析。结果表明:太空诱变梭梭与对照相比,光饱和点提高93.75μmol/(m2.s),在光饱和点的光合速率增加了3.11μmol CO2/(m2.s);太空诱变梭梭的蒸腾速率高,这可能与空间诱变梭梭具有较高的光合速率和较大的气孔导度有关;太空诱变提高了梭梭的水分利用率。In order to explore the effect of space mutagenesis on the photosynthetic characteristics of Haloxylon amrnodendron, in this study some physiological properties of H. amrnodendron under the space mutation, such as the light response curve, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, were measured by using LI-6 400 portable photosynthesis system, and the measured data are compared and analyzed. The results show that, compared with the light saturation point and the photosynthetic rate in the controlled light saturation, the light saturation point of H. ammodendron under the space mutation is increased by 93.75 μmol· m^-2 ·S^-1, and the photosynthetic rate of H. amrnodendron in the light saturation of space mutation is increased by 3.11 μmol CO2 ·m^-2·s^-1. These may be related to that the H. amrnodendron under the space mutation has higher transpiration rate and higher stomatal conductance than that under the controlled one. Space mutagenesis can increase the water use efficiency of H. amrnodendron and is beneficial for the accumulation of dry matter and the growth of H. amrnodendron. The daily variation of the response curves of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in leaves of H. amrnodendron is unimodal, and it has a positive correlation with the daily variation of photosynthetic effective radiation and temperature.
