摘　　要：在简单介绍了综合业务平台的基本框架后,对综合业务平台的现状和面临的问题进行了分析,并结合电信运营商在信息服务价值链中的定位以及下一代网络业务发展对业务平台的需求,对下一代电信综合业务平台的体系结构和关键特征进行了探讨。Based on a brief introduction on the basic architecture of integrated service platform, this article analyzes the status of integrated service platform and related problems. Then with regard to the positioning of telecom operators in information service value chain and the service platform requirements for NGN services, the article has a discussion on the architecture and key characteristics of the next generation telecom integrated service platform.
