摘　　要：针对一些国家或地区对通信设备的市场准入政策进行了系统的研究,特别是对亚州、非洲和欧洲等十几个国家相关政策进行了深入研究,为我国通信企业实施"走出去"的战略提供有效参考,为从事政府监管、设备认证及检测等工作的人员提供有益的帮助。Aims at some countries and regions, this article studies on their market access strategies for communication equipments, especially for several countries in Asia, Africa and Europe, and makes effectively references for Chinese communication enterprises to implement the strategy of oversea business, and supplies the useful assistance to people working in the government supervision department, equipment certification office.
