铬革屑做还原剂制备铬鞣剂碱度控制

摘　　要：采用正交试验、均匀试验、单因素试验和极差分析、方差分析、回归分析等方法,探明用革屑估还原剂制备铬鞣剂时硫酸和铬屑的用量、反应时间等因素对反应过程的影响,并建立上述因素与铬鞣剂碱度、革屑对红矾钠还原率之间关系的数学模型。The relationship between the basicity of chrome tanning agent and the quantity of sulfuric acid and shavings,and the reduction time are proved up by orthogonal test,homogeneous test and single-factor test in the preparation of chrome tanning agent using chrome shavings as a reducing agent.Further more,some mathematical models about the basicity are built.
