摘 要:【目的】观察清毒饮及养正片对化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠的影响。【方法】将66只NIH小鼠随机分为11组,分别为清毒饮高、中、低剂量组,养正片高、中、低剂量组,清毒饮+养正片高、中、低剂量组,正常组和模型组。除正常组外,其他各组均腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)复制小鼠骨髓抑制模型,将清毒饮、养正片、清毒饮加养正片均分为2、1、0.5 kg/L 3个浓度,每组于造模3 d后灌服中药0.3 mL/d,连续7 d。检测各组外周血常规及骨髓有核细胞计数。【结果】清毒饮、养正片单用或合用均能不同程度提高环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠的外周血细胞各组分及骨髓有核细胞计数,尤以改善白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)及血小板(PLT)计数为佳;在各给药组中,以养正片高、中剂量组效果最佳。【结论】清毒饮和养正片均能不同程度地减轻化疗所致的骨髓抑制。Objective To observe the effect of Qingdu Decoction (QD) and Yangzheng Tablet (YT) on mice myelosuppression induced by chemical therapy. Methods Sixty-six NIH mice were randomized into eleven groups: high-, moderate- and low-dose QD groups, high-, moderate- and low-dose YT groups, high-, moderate- and low-dose QD + YT groups, normal group and model group. Except the mice in the normal group, the mice in other groups received intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide to induce myelosuppression. Three days after modeling, QD, YT and QD + YT groups received the corresponding medicine 0.3 mL/d at the concentrations of 2, 1 and 0.5kg/L respectively for continuous 7 days. After treatment, peripheral blood routine analysis and karyocyte count in bone marrow were carried out. Results QD and YT used only or together all increased the number of peripheral blood cells and bone marrow karyocytes, in particular white blood cell count, neutrophil count and platelet count. The effect of high- and moderate-dose YT was the best. Conclusion Both QD and YT can reduce the myelosuppression induced by chemical therapy to different extends.
