摘 要:【目的】观察益气健脾法代表方剂对实验性脾虚证模型大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)含量的影响。【方法】取SD大鼠60只随机分为6组,即正常对照组、脾虚模型组、四君子汤组、当归补血汤组、黄芪四君子汤组、当归补血汤合四君子汤组,采用破气苦降加饥饱失常法复制脾虚证大鼠模型,放射免疫法检测大鼠血清GAS的含量。【结果】脾虚模型组血清GAS含量显著性降低(P<0.05),各给药组均可显著性提高模型大鼠血清GAS含量(P<0.05),其作用大小依次为黄芪四君子汤组>当归补血汤合四君子汤组>四君子汤组>当归补血汤纽。【结论】益气健脾方药改善脾主运化功能的作用与其能升高血清胃泌素含量,促进胃肠道吸收有关。Objective To observe the effect of Qi-activating and spleen-strengthening therapy on serum gastrin (GAS) content in rats with spleen-deficiency system. Methods group, model group, Si Junzi Decoction (SJD) group, Danggui Sixty rats were randomized into 6 groups: normal Buxue Decoction (DBD) group, Huangqi Si Junzi Decoction (HSJD) group, and DBD + SJD group. The rat model of spleen deficiency was induced by Qi-breaking bitter-taste herbs and alternation of starvation and gorge. Radioimmunological method was used to detect the serum GAS content. Results GAS content in the model group was decreased obviously (P 〈 0. 05 compared with the normal group), and was increased in the medication groups (P 〈 0.05 compared with the model group). The effect of HSJD, DBD + SJD, SJD and DBD on the increase of GAS was in a decreasing sequence. Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of Qi-activating and spleen-strengthening therapy for spleen-deficiency syndrome is related to the increase of serum GAS.
