摘  要:【目的】研究枫香槲寄生中黄酮化合物的提取工艺并测定总黄酮含量。【方法】选用乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇用量、提取次数4个因素,每个因素3个水平,采用正交试验法进行优选,确定枫香槲寄生黄酮化合物的最佳提取工艺;以圣草酚为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法检测样品中总黄酮含量。【结果】各因素对黄酮化合物提取的影响程度依次为提取次数>乙醇浓度>溶剂量>回流时间。枫香槲寄生中黄酮化合物提取的最佳工艺条件为10倍量体积分数为90%的乙醇溶液回流提取3次,回流时间依次为2.0、1.0、0.5 h。【结论】本方法灵敏,快速准确,重现性好。Objective To optimize the extraction condition for flavonoids from Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata. and to assay the content of total flavonoids. Methods With ethanol concentration, extraction time, solvent volume and extraction frequency as the indexes, orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions of extraction process. With eriodictyol as the control, ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for the determination of total flavonoids. Results The influences of factors of extraction frequency, ethanol concentration, solvent volume, and extraction time on the extraction of flavonoids were in a decreasing sequence. The optimal extraction condition was : 90% ethanol in 10 times volume as much as the medicinal material, extraction for 3 times and extraction time being 2h, 1 h and 0. 5h successively. Conclusion This method is effective for the extraction of flavonoids from Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata.
