摘 要:【目的】探讨微透析探针的可重复利用性以及线性探针的自制方法。【方法】采用SD大鼠进行体内试验,研究商品探针在体内试验前后效能的变化;利用F5型肾透析器中的纤维作为自制线性探针的透析膜,用体外测定回收率的方法探索其可行性。探针的体内外回收率的测定均采用反透析法。【结果】在经过长时间的体内试验之后,探针的效能只发生了3%的变化;自制探针的回收率虽然比商品探针低,但仍在可接受范围内,且效能稳定。【结论】商品探针可以重复使用;自制线性探针可以代替商品探针进行一些微透析研究。Objective To study the capability of reutilization of microdialysis probe, and to find a feasible self- made method of establishing microdialysis probe ( line probe), so as to reduce the outlay of microdialysis research. Methods In-vivo efficiency of commercial probe was observed in rats before and after treatment. With the fiber from the Hemoflow F-Series Low-Flux Fresenius Polysulfone Capillary Dialysers as the dialysis membranes of the self-made line probe, the feasibility of this method was evaluated by determining the in-vitro probe recovery. Both of in-vivo probe recovery and in-vitro probe recovery were determined by retrodialysis. Results The results of long-term in-vivo test showed that only 3% of efficiency of the commercial probe was changed. Although the recovery of the self-made line probe was lower than that of the commercial probe, but the recovery was acceptable, and the efficiency of the probe was steady. Conclusion Commercial probe can be used repeatedly, and self-made line probe can be used as the replacement of commercial probe in some research of microdialysis.
