摘 要:采用生化检测法(酶快速检测)和生物检测法(敏感家蝇检测)检测分析了球孢白僵菌孢子悬乳剂、孢子悬乳剂与1%(W/V)10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂混配剂(EM1)、孢子悬乳剂与3%(W/V)10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂混配剂(EM2)、10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油、20%灭多威乳油、50%抗蚜威在田间甘蓝叶片上的残留。抑制率检测结果表明,纯菌剂处理后的抑制率低于2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油、20%灭多威乳油、50%抗蚜威化学农药的抑制率。敏感家蝇法检测结果表明,纯菌剂、混配剂I(EM1)饲喂后家蝇幼虫的累积死亡率之间无显著差异,但2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油、20%灭多威乳油、50%抗蚜威、3%(W/V)吡虫啉(10%可湿性粉剂)、混配剂II(EM2)饲喂后家蝇的累积死亡率则略高于其纯菌剂。因此,在菌药混用中,低剂量药剂的加入对残留的影响不明显,而高剂量的化学农药的加入则会引起残留的出现。由此表明,球孢白僵菌孢子乳悬剂及其与低剂量的吡虫啉混配剂在蔬菜上无残留现象存在,符合无公害蔬菜生产的要求。The residue of the emulsifiable formulation of Beauveria bassiana was tested with a comparsion of imidacloprid, 2. 5% lambda-cyhalothrin EC, 20% methomyl EC, 50% pirimicarb, by using the method of enzyme test and sensitive insect test, as with Musca domesrica Vicina Macp for the sensitive insect. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of the emulsifiable formulation of B. bassiana was lower than those of the application of the tested chemical insecticides. The results of the sensitive insect test showed that no significant difference was found between the cumulative mortality of the M. domesrica caused by the emulsifiable formulation of B. bassiana and that caused by the compound formulation of B. bassiana with imidacloprid (EM1), the cumulative mortalities of M. domesrica caused by the 2. 5% lambda-cyhalothrin EC, 20% methomyl EC, 50% pirimicarb, 3% (W/V) imidacloprid, compound formulation Ⅱ (EM2) were higher than that of caused by the emulsifiable formulation of B. bassiana. Therefore, lower dosage of insecticide additive showed no significant effect on the residue, but higher dosage of insecticide additive could cause residue. All in all, no residue was tested from the surface of the cabbage after spraying the emulsifiable formulation of B. bassiana and the com- pound formulation of emulsifiable formulation of B. bassiana compounded with lower dosage of insecticide additive and they were both suitable for the production of the clean vegetables.
