气相色谱法检测水体中2,4-二氯酚的方法研究

摘  要:采用气相色谱法对水体样品中2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)的含量进行了分析与检测。结果表明,在选定的气相色谱检测条件下,2,4-DCP的保留时间为8.447min,最小检出量为3.37×10-10g;当添加浓度为2.0,4.0,10.0mg/L时,供试的2,4-DCP在水体中的添加回收率为91.32%~95.87%,变异系数为10.75%~14.85%。说明该方法的准确度、重现性和精确度都符合分析与检测的要求,适用于对实际样品中2,4-DCP的分析与检测。2, 4 -dichlorophenol (2, 4 -DCP) in water from several industries is a harmful pollutant and a potential danger to human health. In this study, the method of gas chromatography (GC) was used for the quantitative determination of the residues of 2, 4 - DCP in water. Under GC condition, the retained time of 2, 4 - DCP was 8. 447 min and the detection limitation was 3.37 ×10^-10 g. When the additive concentrations of 2, 4 - DCP in water were 2.0, 4.0 and 10.0 mg/L, respectively, the average recovery ratio ranged from 91.32% to 95.87% and the relative standard deviations were 10.75% to 14. 85%. It was indicated that the veracity, accuracy and repeatability of the method were fit for the demands of 2, 4 - DCP analysis and detection and it could be easily performed in practice.
