山东电网区域负荷裕度分析

摘　　要：运用区域负荷裕度判别法研究了2008年基本运行方式下山东电网的静态电压稳定性,定义了区域有功负荷裕度指标,并就山东电网500kV交流线路N-1开断对该指标的影响进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,区域负荷裕度适于作为静态电压稳定的安全指标;东部青岛、潍坊、烟台、威海重负荷区域负荷裕度较小,是静态电压安全的较薄弱区域;影响负荷裕度较大的关键线路是500KV西电东送通道及西电送出通道。分析结果对山东电网运行能起到指导作用。By use of regional load margin analysis method, the static voltage stability of Shandong Power Grid （SDPG） under basic operation mode in 2008 is studied. The regional active load margin index is defined and the sensitivity analysis for the influence of N-1 outages of 500 kV AC transmission lines on this index is carried out. Analysis results show that： （A） the regional load margin is suitable to be the security index for static voltage stability; （B） the load margins of eastern SDPG with heavy load are small, therefore they are the weak region of voltage security; （C） the key transmission lines which mostly influence load margin are the tie-lines which feed power from west to .east. Analysis results can guide the operation of Shandong Power Grid.
