摘 要:针对不同润滑介质轴向柱塞机械关键摩擦副润滑特性,研制了运用电液控制技术控制油膜形态的试验系统.介绍了该系统基于膜厚反馈控制的配流副装置试验原理及其组成.结合配流副润滑理论模型,指出评价润滑性能的主要参数及其关系,仿真计算了伺服阀对油膜厚度控制的响应特性.配流副油膜平衡过程中反馈调节特性的模拟试验与该理论结果进行了对比分析.油润滑条件下,摩擦副间隙对泄漏流量影响显著.试验系统的膜厚动态反馈性能稳定,比例伺服阀频响对其影响较大,随着初始平衡厚度值的不同而不同,该控制方法可用于润滑膜试验系统的设计.A testing system was developed using electrohydraulic control technology to adjust oil film formation in order to investigate the characteristics of various lubricating mediums in several key frictional pairs of axial piston machines. The principles and equipment of port pairs were tested using film thickness feed- back control. The main parameters for assessing the lubrication characteristics and their relationships are presented according to the theoretical lubricating models of port pairs. A simulation was performed to calculate the response characteristics of the servo valve in relation to film thickness. A comparison between simulated and theoretical results was made for feedback regulating behavior in equilibrium processes of the oil film of port pairs. It showed that, with ideal lubrication, the frictional pair gap has a great effect on oil leakage. The frequency response of the proportional servo valve has considerable effect on film thickness, but equilibrium varies with the initial thickness. The proposed system gives reliable feedback on film thick- ness and should be helpful when designing equipment to test lubricating films.
