摘  要:目的:研究双参的降血糖作用。方法:用10%葡萄糖及240μg/kg肾上腺素造成小鼠生理性高血糖模型,用80mg/kg四氧嘧啶造成小鼠糖尿病模型,观察双参对上述模型动物的血糖、体重、饮食量和饮水量的影响,从而观察双参的降血糖作用。结果:双参对正常小鼠无明显降低作用(P>0.05),但能降低葡萄糖及肾上腺素性高血糖小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.01,P<0.001),降低四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),减少动物的饮水量和饮食量。结论:双参对多种原因引起的高血糖均有一定的降糖作用。Objective:To study the hypoglycenmic effect of Triplostegia glandulifera Wall.Methods: A hyperlycosemia rat model was made by 10% of glucose and 240μg/kg of adrenaline and a diabetes rat model was made by 80mg/kg of alloxan to observe the effect of Triplostegia Glandulifera Wall on the blood sugar,weight,appetite for food and water of the test rats so as to know the hypoglycenmic effect of Triplostegia Glandulifera Wall.Results: Triplostegia glandulifera Wall showed no hypoglycenmic effect on healthy small rats(P>0.05),but reduced the blood sugar(P<0.01,P<0.001) of the glucose and adrenaline hyperlycosemia small rats and the blood sugar of the alloxan diabetes small rats and also reduced the appetite of the rats for food and water.Conclusion: Triplostegia glandulifera Wal has a certain hypoglycenmic effect on the treatment of hyperlycosemia induced by various factors.
