摘　　要：目的:鉴定市场中的江边一碗水来源,为拟定质量标准和鉴别真伪提供参考。方法:采用薄层色谱法对市场中6批江边一碗水进行比较鉴别。结果:江边一碗水分别为小檗科植物南方山荷叶Diphylleia sinensis Li.、八角莲Dysosma versipellis(Hance.)M.Cheng及六角莲Dysosma pleiantha(Hance)Woods.的干燥根茎。根据其生药学特征,分别编制了三种江边一碗水的原植物、性状、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别检索表。结论:采用薄层色谱鉴别和编制检索表鉴别三种来源的江边一碗水,方法简便、可靠。Objective ： In order to provide reference for the development of quality standards and distinction of authenticity, some sources of Diphylleia sinensis Li. in the maket were identified by sampling. Methods ： The TLC of six batches of Diphylleia sinensis Li. in the marketwere identified. Results：They were the dried rhizome of Diphylleia sinensis Li. , Dysosma versipellis （Hanee.） M. Cheng and D. pleiantha （Hanee） Woods. According to the pharmaceutical characteristics, retrieval tables of identification on plants, traits, microscopic and TLC were established. Conclusion：It is simple and reliable to use TLC and retrieval table to identify three sources of Diphylleia sinensis Li.
