摘　　要：目的:对黑乳海参体内的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODSRP-C18硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据所得化合物的理化性质和波谱数据(1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR和ESI-MS),鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:海参皂苷A(holothuria A,I),胸腺嘧啶(thymine,II),尿嘧啶(uracil,III),胆甾醇(cholesterol,IV)。结论:4个化合物均为首次从该种动物中得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of sea cucumber Holothuria hilla L.. Methods： Compounds were isolated from the sea cucumber by multi-chromatography on Si gel, ODS Rp C-18 gel, DA101 resin, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures were elucidated according to their spectral data and chemical character. Results： Four compounds were isolated from the sea cucumber, and were identified as： holothuria A （ Ⅰ ）, thymine （ Ⅱ ）, uracil （Ⅲ）, cholesterol （Ⅳ）. Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ- Ⅳ are obtained from this kind of sea cucumber for the first time.
