摘　　要：体育人文社会学是人们对体育人文社会现象的认识工具和途径,同时,它也是人们对体育人文社会现象已有认识的理论成果。体育人文社会学在人们体育认识活动和社会体育实践中都具有重要价值和功能。体育人文社会学的主要功能有:体育人文社会现象的科学认识功能,体育文化教育传播功能,体育事业发展的价值导向功能,体育事业管理、决策咨询功能,体育实践和体育科学的理论反思与批判功能。The sports sociology and humanities are the tool and way for the people to understand the sports sociological phenomena. They can reflect the achievements made by the human beings and they are important in the sports practice and in the people＇s understanding of sports. The sports sociology and humanities can help scientific understanding of the phenomena of the sports sociological phenomena, serve for cultural and education dissemination, for value orientation of sports development, for sports management, for decision and consultation, for theoretical and critical assessment of sports and sports science.
