摘 要:军用测试系统中设备繁多,各个设备状态不同,不便于管理,射频识别(RFID)标签能对相应的设备进行唯一性的识别。而声表面波(SAW)器件因其自身特点,可制成体积小,无线无源的RFID标签。SAW RFID标签可改进军用测试设备管理。基于SAW技术研究了SAW RFID的结构、基本原理和接收发送电路结构。研究了基于SAW RFID标签的军用测试设备的管理系统,并设计了相应的软件结构与界面。研究表明,SAW RFID标签的应用可提高军用设备测试水平和精确保障水平。The devices in military test system have many categories, and the different devices have different statuses. In this situation, it's inconvenient to manage all of these devices by manpower. RFID tag could uniquely identify the corresponding device. SAW technology could be used to make small passive RFID due to its own characteristic. SAW RFID could be used to improve military test device management. The principle and structure of SAW .RFID were studied based on SAW technology, and the interrogator structure was studied. The military test management system based on SAW RFID was researched, and the corresponding software structure and interface were designed. The study showed that the application of SAW RFID tags to military test system could improve the test lev el and precise logistics level.
