摘 要:目的探讨全程健康教育模式在哮喘预防及治疗中的作用。方法在对门诊、病房、社区哮喘患者健康教育需求调查分析的基础上,制定哮喘患者全方位、多渠道、个性化的全程健康教育内容和方法,并在48例患者中实施,观察期12个月。结果实施全程健康教育1年后,所有的患者的平均健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率分别达到81.10%、75.00%,优于教育前的62.95%、56.68%;患者日间、夜间症状评分由教育前的(1.38±0.58)分和(1.10±0.36)分减少到(0.38±0.12)分和(0.21±0.08)分;最大呼气流速由(247.87±21.95)L/mim上升到(309.10±28.49)L/mim,经检验,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程健康教育能提高哮喘患者对哮喘疾病的认识及对规范治疗的依从性,改善哮喘症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the role of whole-course health education in prevention and treatment of patients with asthma. Methods Based on the results of survey results on health education demand of asthma patients in the outpatient departments, wards, and communities, the health education content and methods were set up in an all around way from multi channels and in a personalized manner. And the content and method were applied to 48 patients for 12 months. Results One year after application, the knowledge of health education, health behavior rates were 81. 1% and 7S%,respectively,which were better than those before health education (62.95% and 56.68% ,respectively). The day time and night time score reduced from (1. 382±0. 579)and (1. 105±0. 365)to (0. 378±0. 118)and (0. 206±0. 082),respectively; and the value of PEF increased from(247. 875±21. 946)L/min to (309. 104±28. 488)L/min ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion Whole-course health education can improve the knowledge of asthma in patients and the compliance of patients in treatment, improving the symptoms and the quality of life of patients.
