摘　　要：目的探讨鼻骨-眶-筛骨(naso-orbital-ethmoid,NOE)骨折手术的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2000-2006年北京大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科创伤中心收治的58例NOE骨折患者的临床资料。结果所有患者术后内眦间距变小,内眦处鼻梁矢状高度增大,鼻根指数、睑裂对称指数、内眦处鼻梁矢状高度对称指数接近正常值。结论NOE骨折手术复杂,须应用颌面外科、整形外科、显微外科、眼科等技术共同完成;术中除了常规护理外,需要加强颏部插管、坚固内固定和对移植材料的护理,以及面部重要器官的保护等护理措施。Objective To analyze the nursing measures for the naso-orbital-ethmoid （NOE） fractures. Methods The clinical data of 58 NOE fracture patients, who were treated in trauma center, oral and maxillofacial department, Peking University School of Stomatology from 2000 to 2006, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation steps included the reduction and fixation of the fracture, reconstruction of the orbital floor defect, suspension of the inner canthal ligament, repair of the nasal malformation and plasty of the lacrimal canal. Conclusion NOE fracture is very complicated, including maxillofacial surgery, plasty surgery, microsurgery, and ophthalmology. The intraoperative nursing includes, in addition to routine nursing, tracheal itubation transmental, fixation of the fracture, implant material and protection of the vital organ in face.
