摘　　要：具有实时定位功能的连续运行卫星定位系统(Continuous Operational Reference System,CORS)是当代城市信息化、数字化发展的热点,可以满足基础测绘的需要,采集动态的基础测绘信息。本文对传统测量手段和测量成果的缺点进行了分析,阐述了CORS在国内外的发展状况、系统结构和系统功能,并结合广西北海市连续运行卫星定位服务系统建设规划讨论了CORS在基础测绘中的应用。The Continuous Operational Reference System （CORS） has the function of real time positioning and is the hot spot in the development of contemporary urban informatization and digitalization. It can collect the dynamic information of the basic surveying and satisfy the demand of the basic surveying. This paper analyses the shortages of the traditional surveying methods and results, elaborates the development of CORS at home and abroad, and introduces the system structure and functions of CORS. Linking the CORS construction plan of Beihai municipality of Guangxi province, this paper discusses the application of CORS to the basic surveying.
