摘　　要：土地利用数据是进行土地管理和相关工作的基础数据之一,也是时态变化最频繁、时空关系最复杂的数据。因此,一个完善的、能够反映土地利用信息随时间动态变化的管理系统必须将时间属性纳入其中。本文通过对土地利用时空变化过程及其数据特点进行分析,应用时态GIS理论与方法,提出了土地利用时空数据管理的存储方案。基于该存储机制的土地利用数据库,能够较好地表达土地利用时空变化过程,从而提高土地利用数据的管理效率。最后分析了历史数据的信息查询、历史状态再现、数据统计、变化趋势分析及数据回滚等挖掘应用。Land use data is one of the basic data for land management and the related works, and is the most changeable data with complicated temporal-spatial relations. A sound land use information management system which can respond to the dynamic changes of the land use status must include the time attribute. Through analyzing the temporal-spatial changing process and data characteristics and applying the theory and method of temporal geographic information system, this paper proposes the storage scheme for the land use temporal-spatial data management. Based on this data storage mechanism, the land use database can more effectively express the temporal-spatial changing process of the land use so as to improve the management of the land use data. The historical data enquiry, historic status reappearance, data statistics, changing tendency analysis as well as some other applications are presented in the last part of the paper.
