摘　　要：大学生社团作为校园文化建设的重要力量之一,应该以人为本,在注重培养个人能力的同时规范中求开放,加强校际间合作将是其发展的必由之路。The college campus culture plays the extremely vital role in cultivating students＇ personal quality and abilities. In the process of development and construction of unattached institutes, factors such as the society, school, and students have different influence on campus culture construction. Student associations should be people - oriented, and pay attention to the cultivation of personal ability. Strengthening cooperation between the institutes and cultivating the abilities of students are the only way to the development of unattached institutes.
