略论现代图书馆馆员素质

摘　　要：现代图书馆馆员应具有良好的思想素质及图书馆、计算机、外语等学科的知识,具备一定的语言表达、人际沟通、创新及信息开发、建设、检索的能力。数字图书馆对馆员提出了新的要求,应从三个方面提高馆员的素质。Modem librarians should have good qualities and knowledge, meanwhile, they should master some professional knowledge of library, computer and foreign language. With the development of digital library, modem librarians should be qualified for new reguirements. The article analyzes how to promote qualities of librarians form three aspects.
