摘　　要：结合对我国OEM企业发展的分析与我国企业知识管理研究进展的介绍,提出了我国OEM企业的知识管理问题.对OEM企业成本影响因素的全面分析表明,知识管理对于OEM企业的成本控制十分重要,据此建立了OEM企业成本控制模型.针对OEM企业知识管理,提出了"写—说—做"的体系化管理模式,同时给出了该模式下的重点管理内容,包括师徒制、非正式组织的活动以及有效的晋升模式.Combing analysis of the development of OEM enterprise and introduction to research progress of enterprise knowledge management in China, the problem Of OEM enterprise knowledge management is put forward. An overall analysis of OEM enterprise cost factors shows that knowledge management is very important to cost control of OEM enterprise, based on which the cost control model of OEM enterprise is built. Aiming at OEM enterprise knowledge management, a systematic management mode is proposed, namely recording, communicating and practicing, and the key management contents relating to the mode is pointed out as well, including the system of apprentice and master, activities of informal organizations and effective promotion mode.
