摘 要:目的探讨护理人员分层使用模式对护理人员职业态度及素质提升的影响,为分层使用模式的推广提供依据。方法将310名护士采用历史对照法分为对照组158例与实践组152例,实践组采用分层使用模式,对照组则不采用。分别对2组进行培训需求、各护理岗位选择、离职意向共15个方面的问题调查。结果在岗位需求方面,实践组与对照组护理教学岗位和护理管理岗位需求2项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其他各项2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在培训需求方面,各项指标2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对护理人员分层使用是提升护理人员职业热情与忠诚度的重要手段。Objective To study the influence of hierarchical model on the professional attitude and quality improvement of nurses and supply references for the application of hierarchical model. Methods 310 nurses were divided into the control group( 158 cases)and the practice group( 152 cases).The practice group adopted hierarchical model while the control group did not.Investigation was carried out in 15 aspects such as training requirement,choosing of nursingposts and departure intention, etc. Results The nursing teaching post and nursing management post in the aspect of post requirement between the two groups had no statistical difference(P 〉 0.05),but statistical difference existed in other items(P 〈 0.05 ).In the aspect of training requirement evident difference existed in two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of hierarchical model proved to be a pivotal method to improve the professional passion and loyalty of nurses.
