50MN锻造水压机整体机架有限元分析

摘　　要：采用三维造型软件Pro/E建立了50MN锻造水压机预应力组合机架的实体模型。以有限元分析软件ANSYS为分析平台,合理处理接触、约束和载荷等边界条件,对组合机架进行了三维弹性接触分析。分析结果为该压机的本体结构设计提供了直接依据。The solid model of the combined frame of 50MN hydraulic press has been established by Pro/E.On the basis of the reasonable treatments of the boundary conditions such as contacting, restricting and loading, 3-D contact analysis of the frame has been done by ANSYS.The analysis results are valuable for the design of the press.
