摘　　要：针对青岛奥运会帆船锦标赛区及附近海域实际情况,分析研究了青岛奥帆赛区及邻近海域在比赛期间受海洋赤潮污染影响的可能性,阐述了海洋赤潮污染的预防与治理方法,提出了青岛奥帆赛区邻近海域在比赛期间一旦发生受海洋赤潮污染突发事件时的应急措施,为奥帆委环境应急指挥部等相关部门提供有价值资料.该应急处理措施不仅能有效应对海洋赤潮污染对青岛奥帆赛区的影响,确保奥帆赛的顺利举行,而且对其他沿海海域海洋赤潮污染的预防与治理也具有较大的借鉴作用.Considering the sea area of Qingdao Olympic Regatta, this paper analyzes the possibility of the harmful algae in the sea area during the regatta, summarizes the prevention against and solution to the ocean harmful algae, and puts forward the emergency measures against the urgent ocean harmful algae in the surrounding area during the regatta. It provides the Olympic SailingCommission and the related departments with the monitored data for reference when emergency plans are being made. These emergency measures not only have the effect on the seared tide pollution of Qingdao Olympic Regatta area but also guarantee Qingdao Olympic Regatta will be successfully held. Moreover. these emergency measures are also conducive to the prevention against and solution to the tide pollution of other coastal sea areas.
