摘 要:为探讨硒对慢性氟中毒鸡免疫组织中Cu-Zn-SOD活性及其mRNA表达的影响,将8日龄海蓝褐雏鸡随机分为3组:正常对照组,高氟组,硒拮抗组。分别于分组饲养后第30、60、90 d检测血清和免疫组织中MDA含量、Cu-Zn-SOD活性以及免疫组织中Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA的表达水平。结果,血清及免疫组织中硒拮抗组较高氟组MDA含量降低,试验中后期Cu-Zn-SOD活性较高氟组高,免疫组织中硒拮抗组Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA表达水平明显高于高氟组的水平。结果显示,氟可诱发鸡免疫组织氧化损伤,降低Cu-Zn-SOD活性及其mRNA表达水平;硒可提高Cu-Zn-SOD活性及其mRNA的表达水平,干预免疫细胞脂质过氧化反应,进而减轻氟所致的免疫损伤。To investigate effects of adding selenium to diets on activity of Cu-Zn-SOD and expression level of Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA in immune tissues(thymus, spleen, and bursa of Fabricius) of chicken with chronic fluorosis,eight-day-old Hailanhe chickens were divided randomly into 3 groups of control group, fluorine group,and selenium group. The activity of Cu-Zn-SOD and the content of MDA in serum and the immune tissues of the chickens and the expression level of Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA of the immune tissues were detected. MDA content in the selenium group was obviously lower than that in the fluorine group,and the activity of Cu-Zn-SOD and the expression level of Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA in the selenium group were higher than those in the fluorine group, especially in mid and late periods. These results showed that fluorine could induce oxidative injury in the immune tissues and decrease the activity of Cu-Zn-SOD and the expression level of Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA indicating that selenium could decrease oxidative injury induced by fluorine in the immune tissues through increasing the activity of Cu-Zn-SOD in serum and the immune tissues and increasing the expression level of Cu-Zn-SOD mRNA in the immune tissues of chicken with chronic fluorosis.
