摘　　要：文章基于Programmable Logic Controller(简称为PLC)技术设计了"煤矿尾水浓缩机药剂添加、搅拌自动化系统"。该系统运用液位检测装置采集液位信号,接近开关采集位置信号,PLC处理输入信号并控制各电动执行机构按程序运行,实现药剂系统的注水、添加药剂、药剂搅拌、向药剂存贮池加药、向浓缩机加药全自动控制并实现故障报警。Based on Programmable Logic Controller （PIG）, the author designed Thickener Pharmacy Adding and Stirring Automation System（TPASAS） for mine tail water. The system uses liquid level detection device to acquisition level signal, and uses proximity switches to acquisition position signal. PIG treatment input signal and controls electric agencies by order. The system can automatically add and mix pharmacy, and can have fault alarm.
