摘  要:在竞争性电力市场中,寡头垄断特性以及输电阻塞的存在会降低市场的运行效率。本文在考虑输电阻塞的情形下,以完全竞争市场作为参考,研究了集中交易模式下发电商的竞价行为对电力市场效率的影响问题。首先建立了输电阻塞对电力市场效率的影响模型,并且基于最优潮流模型,给出了一种寻找影响市场效率的阻塞线路和发电商节点的方法,最后以IEEE 30母线测试系统为例对模型进行测试。In competitive electricity market, oligopoly and transmission congestion lead to the reduction of the operational efficiency of the market. Under considering transmission congestion, taking perfect competition as a reference, the paper studies the impact of bid behavior of the power suppliers on the electricity market efficiency in pool model. Firstly, the paper establishes the model that reflects the influence of transmission congestion on the electricity market efficiency; then, based on optimal power flow model, the paper gives the method that can provide the congestion lines and the generation nodes which affect the market efficiency. Finally, the paper studies the IEEE 30-bus test system to validate the model.
