摘 要:为了提高西安南部电网110 kV线路负荷送出能力,在西安电网110kV南白一文白支线及110kV南雁Ⅲ一文雁支线装设了光纤电流差动保护,根据光纤电流差动保护以及T接线路故障情况下三端故障分量电流的特点,分析了适用于T接线路的CSC-163T三端光纤电流差动保护的差动保护判据;对影响电流差动保护正确动作的TA饱和、TA两侧变比不同等因素,给出了解决方案;分析了电流差动保护装置与通信系统的连接方式;总结了CSC-163T装置在西安电网的应用成效。To increase the transmission ability of power load for110 kV transmission lines in southern Xi'an Power Grid, the fiberoptic current differential protection is adopted in Nanbai-Wenbai and Nanyan Ⅲ-Wenyan 110 kV branch line in Xi 'an Power Grid. According to the characteristics of the fiber-optic current differential protection and three-terminal fault component current under the circumstances of Teed line fault, the criteria of differential protection for CSC-163T three-terminal fiber-optic current differential protection, which is applied to Teed lines, is analyzed. In the light of the factors influencing the proper actions of current differential protection, including TA saturation and the ratio difference between two ends of TA, the solution is proposed; the connection between the current differential protection device and communication systems is also analyzed. Finally, the application of the CSC-163T device in Xi'an Power Grid is summarized.
