摘 要:利用含酮、砜基官能团的二酐、二胺单体,通过二步法得到不同结构的聚酰亚胺。应用FT-IR、TGA、DSC、X-ray等测试方法对所得聚酰亚胺树脂的性能进行了表征。结果表明,砜基会降低单体的反应性,引起热性能的降低,但是可以通过与反应性好的单体缩聚进行改善。若有柔性基团与砜基协同作用能够显著改善聚酰亚胺的溶解性。Polyimides containing earbonyl and sulfuryl groups were synthesized by twostep method. The properties of the obtained polyimides were characterized by FR-IR, TGA, DSC and X-ray. The results showed that sulfuryl group in monomer molecule could reduce the reactivity of monomer and make the heat-resistance of polyimide decrease, but this could be improved by polycondensation with other active monomers. The solubility of polyimide can be greatly improved by cooperative reaction between sulfuryl group and flexible group.
