摘  要:在分析悬臂式掘进机掘进断面成形控制原理的基础上,建立了基于角位移和线位移2种传感器的掘进断面几何参数检测及转换数学模型,得出掘进机巷道断面成形尺寸与传感器检测量的数学关系、断面成形精度与传感器精度之间的数学关系,并对其检测误差进行了分析,为断面成形控制中传感器精度的选择以及截割头截割轨迹、断面形状尺寸的可视化、数字化监控提供理论基础.On the basis of analyzing the sectional formation control on boom-type excavators, a geometrical detection and transform mathematical model is established for excavation sections via angular and linear displacement sensors. To this end, the mathematical relationship between tunneling sectional formation dimensions and sensor detection data is obtained. Meanwhile, the detection errors are analyzed based on the mathematical relationship between sectional formation and sensor precision. During sectional formation control, this approach provides a theoretical foundation for the selection of sensor precision, visualization of header cutting track and sectional formation dimension, and digitalization of detection and control.
