摘 要:采用硬脂酸作为防团聚剂改良的溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2光催化剂,并用BET、XRD、Raman光谱对样品进行了表征,考察了硬脂酸(STA)和钛酸丁酯摩尔比、焙烧温度以及催化剂用量等条件对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明:硬脂酸有效抑制了TiO2光催化剂粒径的增大,增高了TiO2光催化剂晶型转变温度;拉曼数据显示催化剂粒径越小,拉曼特征峰发生蓝移,能级间隔略有增大;硬脂酸(STA)和钛酸丁酯摩尔比为1.5∶1,焙烧温度450℃,催化剂浓度2 g.L-1时催化剂活性最好,300 W高压汞灯光照2 h,对苯酚的降解率达97.0%.TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method with stearic acid (STA) as an anti-reuniting agent. The properties of TiO2 photocatalyst were examined by using BET, XRD and Raman techniques. It was found that STA could restrain the sintering of TiO2 grain size and raise the phase transfor temperature of TiO2 crystal. As the diameter of TiO2 particles decreases, the Raman peak shifts to blue and the energy alternation increases slightly. The catalytic activity reached maximal at the molar ratio of 1.5 STA to 1 titanium (IV) tetrahutanoxide, calcining temperature of 450 ℃ and catalyst density of 2 g·L^-1. After irradiation of 300 W Hg lamp for 2 hours, the phenolic degradation rate was 97.0%.
