摘 要:纳米功能织物的耐汗性与耐久性相关,也与它对皮肤细胞的安全性密切相关.利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析汗液洗涤前后纳米氧化锌抗菌整理织物表面纳米粒子的形貌、粒径及其分布规律,并用抑菌圈法测定汗液洗涤前后的抗菌性变化,以此评价纳米氧化锌抗菌整理织物的耐汗性能.结果表明:该整理织物经人工汗液洗涤后,氧化锌颗粒在织物纤维上的分布规律没有发生明显变化,但洗涤20次后抑菌圈半径减小,抑菌性下降11.5%.The absorption of perspiration of nano-functional fabric relates not only to its durability but also to the safety for skin cells. The antibacterial fabric finished by nano-ZnO was washed with artificial sweat. SEM was used to analyze the nano pattern, particle size and regularities of distribution on the surface of fabric before and after washing. Bacteriostatic circle method was introduced to estimate the bacteria repellancy change of fabric before and after washing. The results indicated that the regularities of distribution on the surface of fabric after artificial sweat washing didn't change distinctly. However, the radius of the bacteriostatic circle reduced after 20 times washing and the bacteria repellancy declined 11.5%.
