摘  要:以六氯环三磷腈、八氟戊醇为原料,利用八氟戊氧基对六氯环三磷腈进行部分取代合成了一种阻燃剂.配制了阻燃剂水乳液,并应用于棉织物阻燃整理.研究了阻燃剂、催化剂和交联剂用量以及焙烘温度对阻燃整理效果的影响,优化了阻燃整理工艺:阻燃剂45%(owb),乳化剂25%(owm),交联剂5%(owb),催化剂MgCl2 2%(owb),尿素5%(owb),160℃焙烘.A new flame retardant agent was synthesized using hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and octafluoropenol by partially substituting reaction. The flame retardant emulsion was prepared and was applied to the flame retardant finish of cotton fabrics. The influence of dosage of flame retardant agent, catalyst and cross-linking agent and curing temperature on the effect of flame retardant finish were studied. The optimized finishing technics was obtained: 45% of flame retardant agent, 25% of emulsifer, 5% of crosslinking agent, 2% of catalyst MgCl2 and 5% of urea, baking at 160 ℃.
